If the App offers paid features, in-app purchases or subscriptions, payments are processed by Apple (App Store). All purchases are subject to Apple’s terms and payment processing. Refunds or chargebacks are handled per Apple’s policies. We are not responsible for Apple’s billing.
If you upload, submit, or share images, notes, palettes or other content (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display it for the purpose of delivering the App’s features. Do not upload content you do not have rights to.
