These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tomator VPN mobile application (the “App”) operated by Approtic Solutions Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, installing, or using Tomator VPN, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tomator VPN.

If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2) VPN Service Description

Tomator VPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through VPN servers to help improve privacy and security.

We do not guarantee:

• That the VPN will work on all networks/devices
• 100% uninterrupted service
• Any specific speed, latency, or performance

Service quality depends on many factors including device performance, network conditions, and server load.

3) Acceptable Use Policy (Prohibited Activities)

You agree NOT to use Tomator VPN for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities, including but not limited to:

• Hacking, phishing, malware distribution
• DDoS attacks or botnet activity
